Associate Creative Director
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Establishes and maintains high internal quality by originating big ideas,
managing project time lines, adhering to creative briefs, ensuring consistency
of strategic branding
- Acts as a client liaison by presenting various stages of work to the client
and effectively responding to client requests or inquiries in a timely manner
- Leads creative team to develop strategic solutions to clients' branding,
communications and marketing problems
- Manages project development from initiation to closure: writes project
proposals and plans; outlines project's goals, scope, roles, deliverables,
required resources and schedules
Requirements:
- A portfolio of creative work that demonstrates originality, innovation, problem-solving, integrated campaign thinking, and personal expression
- Experience creating and managing global brand identity systems
- Strong negotiating and communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- A talent for managing multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion; exhibit flexibility and ability to create multiple creative concepts and speed
- Strong interpersonal skills; a team player, positive and innovative thinker
- An ability to support creative goals and business objectives
- Good presenter able to articulate agency recommendations to clients & new business prospects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Advertising or Design
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Advertising and Brand Marketing at and ad agency and/or related discipline
