Our client wanted to go up against New Kingston's behemoth business hotels with a smart, sexy and affordable alternative. He wanted to transform a dormant shopping center on busy Trafalgar road into an oasis of chic and calm. The brand to pull this off needed to be spot on.
Sex appeal and confidence, but with an unmistakable warmth. We crafted a brand that felt (and continues to feel) true to its Jamaican setting, with all the boutique hotel cues savvy travelers desire. Then, we explored the brand's identity through sophisticated environmental and web design. The results? The New York Times has sung Spanish Court's praises and many other notable travel publications have followed suit. Also, importantly, the hotel has become a hot hangout spot for locals seeking a new kind of scene.
